Both are crunchy and tasty but I personally like the original flavor. It goes well with any beverages or perhaps a bottle of San Mig Light. Spicy lovers will be delighted with the Salt and Pepper Chicken.

Aside from these crunchy chicken neck, Max's Restaurant you can still find Max's Sizzling Specials which are great as appetizers too or as a main dish especially the Adobong Kangkong with stuffed tofu, whatever you would like them to be.
They are Gambas Con Aligue, Chicken Sisig, Sizzling Tofu, Adobong Kangkong with Stuffed Tofu, and Sizzling Sweet and Spicy Chicken.
