Powdery sand, palms, and beautiful blue sea - these are just few things that promises a wonderful vacation in El Nido. We left our things and freshen up at Bills Hotel El Nido. Excited, I wore one of my summer dresses for a special dinner prepared by our caring host from The Beach Shack, Palawan Tourism and Air Asia.

The Beach Shack, El Nido |
About five to ten minutes walk from the street brought us to the Beach Shack, Maremegmeg beach. At the end of the narrow road awaits breathtaking view of Corong-Corong cove, it was almost sunset. I stand in awe and silently thank the Almighty for spoiling us, giving us a perfect place to live.

Looking for a perfect spot, hubby and I found comfort in
Seats For Two in front of the
white beach house. We sat, my eyes remained wide open, stopped snapping my camera trying to register in my mind the view in front of me. This is
sheer paradise!
Sunset in El Nido
One of the photographic scenes in the beach is here once again - sunset. While all of us taking time to capture another day, the warm and friendly staff of the Beach Shack were busy preparing the feast. I always find dinner by the beach romantic and very special.

Sunset at Corong-Corong, El Nido |
Beach Shack is the home of good food and
laid back bar playing soft music. The tables were all set, soft throw pillows with
banig and lighted candles. Some of us got a cold bottle of beer, we settled for watermelon shake, I was overwhelmed with the huge serving though.
As the sky started to get dark, candles were lighted providing a calm and more cozy atmosphere.

Candlelight Dinner at The Beach Shack, El Nido |
Five tasty dishes were served but the crabs cooked in coconut milk was the superstar of the night. It's one of the best
ginataang alimasag I ever had.

My heart was so grateful, I've seen this piece of paradise away from home. It's not everyday we see the
#WorldsBestIsland. With a husband to share the memories, when we get old, still strong and have the means to travel, we'll come back and talk about the first time we went here.
