It wasn't hard to find at all. From Quiapo Church straight ahead going Quezon Boulevard, turn left to Raon Street and on the left side of the street, you'll find Globe Lumpia House.
Globe Lumpia House was founded on 1957. Their spring rolls (lumpia) are made of "ubod" or coconut palm heart, carrots, chopped peanuts, garlic and fresh lettuce. It has the blend of sweetness and a bit spicy. It taste good and so delicious! It goes well with the sauce. Lumpia can be fried or fresh. Globe serves Fresh Lumpia.
Saucy, Sweet and a bit Spicy Fresh Lumpia, a must-try in Quiapo.
I was not satisfied with the 2 pieces so I bring home another 4 pcs.
The store is very small and can accommodate less than 20 person. I immediately stand up after having 2 pcs of Fresh Lumpia to give way for other customers waiting outside.
For only P16, you'll have a delicious Fresh Lumpia. Very affordable, isn't it? And according to customers I talked to chat while waiting, the taste never changed. I've waited for almost 15 minutes before I had my order. You'll see your fresh lumpia being prepared while you wait.
Dine-in
Just prepare yourself to wait for a few minutes to be seated because this restaurant is full of loyal as well as new customers everyday.
