Bone Mass is 4.2 which means I have small and thin bones. Lastly is the Visceral Fat which is 1 (1-9 is Healthy level), at least I still have a little visceral fat.
The overall result is within the normal range, though they advised me to eat a variety of food to gain more weight. Going to the gym or exercise regularly to build muscles. Adequate water intake should also maintain.
