Chef Rory Subida – seasoned Chef with more than 25 years of experience in the field of Culinary Training, Food and Beverage Operation. Popular with her publications of more than 25 volumes of Maya Cookbook.- Nina Daza-Puyat – Editor in Chief of Appetite Magazine and a well-know food stylist for Del Monte Kitchenomics and Co-author of “The Philippine Cookbook".

The formal launch was attended by representatives and professors from different culinary schools in Manila. Contest mechanics were discussed and the Moulinex You Cook website was formally launched (www.moulinexyoucook.com).

Recipe Requirements: The Moulinex Recipe Challenge seeks video recipe that:
Video Requirements:
- Feature original Filipino and International Cuisine Fusion Recipe
- Must be prepared using any Moulinex Appliances (Note: Purchase of Moulinex products is not required. Moulinex shall provide the appliances to participating schools upon request, at least 3 days before the day of use)
- Must include standard measurements, complete preparation instructions, cooking time, temperatures and number of servings.
- The video must be within ten (10) minutes or less
- The student must state their name, course, and the current school they are enrolled in.
- The student must say the recipe name and a brief description of the recipe. State the reason why it is chosen. Enumerate and discuss all the ingredients that will be used in the recipe.
- The students must clearly show the food preparation procedure.
- the student must use at least ONE Moulinex product in preparing his/her recipe.
- Any of the following video programs may be used:

Qualifying Rounds: All entries submitted on or before November 10, 2011 at 6pm shall be collected and is subject to be viewed by the judges and Moulinex Marketing team for screening. The judging will be on November 11, 2011 1-6pm. The top 16 entries will qualify for the Semi-final round. All entries will be judges on the following criteria:

On November 18, 2011 at 1-6pm Semi-finalists will have an actual cooking demonstration of their recipe that they have presented in their video entries.
On the grand finals, eight (8) finalists has to prepare for a cooking showdown wherein random ingredients will be given to them and they have to come up with a recipe out of it.

Second Prize:Contestant: P40,000 cash Stay and Learn Program inclusive of an overnight stay courtesy of InterContinental Hotel, Moulinex Master Chef Tour, gift pack from sponsors and a certificate of Recognition.About Stay and Learn Program – a program of InterContinental Hotel wherein the grand winner will experience 15 days internship under the tutelage of its Executive Chefs.
