MY SPArkle SPA EXPERIENCE

Women want a complete salon and spa treat over roses and chocolates as an anniversary or birthday gift. This result was based on the survey I made from ten (10) of my girl friends when 8 of them preferred salon/spa gift packages. 

Last month I received lots of items and gift certificates from the Blogapalooza event. One GC came from SPArkle Hair Rebonding/Treatment Center which is located along West Service Road, Paranaque - a place which is a few minutes drive from our office. The GC entitles the holder to choice of a free body massage or hair treatment. Last week after completing errands at our office, I decided to visit Sparkle Spa and use the gift certificate.

SPARKLE offers more than beauty and wellness. They give us a sparkling confidence in all aspects. With trained therapists we are assured of high quality services, comfort and relaxation we need.

It was raining that day but I push through my plans to have a relaxing massage treat instead of going home knowing I will be stuck in  heavy traffic or get hurt when bumped with fellow commuters inside the train and bus stations.

Ms. Ivy Diaz, owner of the SPArkle Hair Center & Spa has been in this kind of business for several years and so customers can expect an awesome pampering treat. She also  handles the operations of a successful spa businesses such as The Spa at the Rockwell Club and two in-house spas at Palms Country Club Alabang and Go Hotels located along EDSA, Guadalupe. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to meet her personally but according to her staff she’s a good boss, easy to deal with and has an attitude that makes her staff feel happy and inspired to work.

SPARKLE offers basic massage, Premier Massage Treatments from Around the World and their own SPARkle Signature massage. Other services includes hair treatments, body works such as scrubs and wraps, slimming body treatments, facial and eye treatments, foot and hand spa, waxing, paraffin treatments, and threading services.

Accent with flower petals and scented candles sets a calming and relaxing ambiance.

SPArkle Spa has two cubicles located at the 2nd floor for the whole body massage. Though they offer home services for Woodsville City (a condominium beside Woodsville Village Mall), for those who do not have time to go out or would rather have their treatments in the comfort of their homes. Complete with the scents, the ambiance, and the exclusive hair and spa services.

This spa center uses only the purest natural ingredients from brands exclusively used in luxury day spas in Europe, America, Australia and Asia, and properly licensed for use by the FDA. They only use spa products and cosmeceuticals by Babor (Germany) / Phytomer (France) / Clean + Easy (USA).   

I have my share of a SPArkle experience after trying the Swedish massage for an hour. All the back pains, stiff muscles on my shoulder and arms eventually disappear as my therapist, Ms. Rose slowly apply pressure on those areas. The smell of almond oil and  relaxing music made me sleep for a few minutes.

I also love the hot pack she placed on my shoulder. It relaxes my tensed muscles and provides blood circulation.

This spa center also offers fabulous Sparties (Spa parties). That night they also have a scheduled spa party, good thing I called and set an appointment. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. After an hour, I felt rejuvenated inside and out.
