FLORING’S Not Just A BBQ House!

When I think of BGC, I think of food.

Floring’s BBQ and Grill

Bonifacio Global City reminds me of old structures, military camp. Although the latter  still standing where it used to be including the military hospital where I used to work the vicinity has changed a lot. Old Fort Bonifacio is now a district with high rising buildings, lifestyle hubs, we can see a football field and of course various simple to high class restaurants and food stalls.

FLORING’S BBQ Grill

Located at the 4th and 31st avenue of Bonifacio High Street we can find Floring’s BBQ and Grill, a newly opened place serving affordable dishes that Filipinos love such as BBQ, fried chicken, sisig, lechon kawali, crispy hito and binusog na pusit just to name a few.

Lunch time at Floring’s FLORING’S|Affordable Meals at the Heart of BGC

Together with other bloggers, I got to try some of their dishes for the first time.

2 pcs Pork BBQ with unlimited Java rice (P120)

2 pcs Pork BBQ with unlimited Java rice (P120) First dish I tried is Floring’s Pork Barbeque. The flavor is just fine and the meat tender but I think the size needs improvement.

Lechon Manok

Lechon Manok (P99 with plain rice and P120 with Java rice)

Just like pork bbq the taste is just average. Price for regular whole lechon manok is P299 and P165 half order.

Crispy Chicken-Tastic

Crispy Chicken-Tastic (P99 with plain rice and P120 with java rice)

The crispy chicken is indeed fantastic! I love its tasty, juicy and tender meat. A fellow blogger even said that it taste like Max’s fried chicken!

Bangus Sisig (P145)

Bangus Sisig (P145) I eat sisig provided it’s not too spicy so I usually ask the crew to remove the sili.

I’m glad Floring’s sisig is topped with egg. However, I find it a little expensive compared to other sisig in the market.

Ensaladang Talong (P55)

Ensaladang Talong (P55) This is not the actual serving size, what you see on the photo is just half of the serving size. Smile with tongue out

 Halo-Halo (P80).

For sweet endings, we had Halo-Halo (P80). It’s served in a 16 oz cup I think a little over-priced compared with its serving size. For P80 I would expect it to have a scoop of ice cream.

Overall, their halo-halo taste good and would likely to order it on my next visit.

Floring’s BBQ and Grill

Floring’s also offers unlimited rice just like other inasal and bbq grill food places. It has has Morning-Mazing with choice of beef tapa, chicken or pork longganisa, chicken tocino and daing na bangus served with garlic rice, egg and atchara. An additional P25 for Batangas coffee.

So what do you think of Floring’s?
