I guess I’m one of those who wished to have experienced the old Magnolia Ice Cream Plant. With its closing the regret of not having to experience it just passed away. There’s no more Magnolia Ice Cream Plant and all we have to do is hope it will open again in the future. During my college years, I frequently passed by the old facility and wished that they will open again. As years passed by, although the plant discontinue its operation our favorite ice cream brand never stopped in making creamy and delicious ice cream with its flavor of the month.
On May 2012, Magnolia Ice Cream revealed the Best of the Philippines Collection featuring six delectable flavors, Macapuno Langka, Macapuno Banana, Coffee Crumble, Tsokolate Tablea, Guimaras' Mangoes and Cream and Baguio's Ube Keso and two new product line of Magnolia Frozen Delights, Cookie Monster and Fizz Root beer Float were also introduced.
Few months later, ice cream lovers were talking about the return of the Magnolia Ice Cream Flavor House with the rise of Robinson Magnolia along Aurora boulevard.. I've passed by Robinsons Magnolia a couple of times since July since I have to go at Oasis Manila and was looking forward to see the facility.
As an ice cream lover myself, I knew I will be visiting the place soon and not too long an invitation arrived. I was one of the bloggers invited to the launch of the new Magnolia Ice Cream Flavor House. Well, I admit, I was excited to sample the best ice cream concoctions at the Magnolia Ice Cream House!
At the press launch, the Filipino ice cream brand also introduced the latest additions to its Best of the Philippines (BOTP) line, Pinipig Pandan for Pampanga, Durian Pastillas for Davao, and Caramel Cashew Fudge.
Also, new variants of the Magnolia Ice Cream Frozen Delights such as Choco Caramel and Choco Hazelnut, were also introduced.
By the way, check out more ice cream concoction available at newly opened Magnolia Ice Cream Flavor House. There’s dare devil, merry go round and parfait.
So, have you visited the new Magnolia Ice Cream Flavor House?
Here’s mine, a mouth-watering banana split last Saturday evening!
