For almost six years I stayed connected with Globe Telecom simply because I like how they handle my inquiries. I never had a problem talking to their customer representatives.
In the past, I’m a regular customer who used to ask for a billing statement to be send via Fax which I needed in advance for reimbursement purposes. I never had a problem calling the hotline 211, it was fast and easy. Thanks to Globe’s 24 hour hotline, strong phone signal here and at the countries I’ve visited. That satisfaction made me decided to apply for Globe Broadband when I was still in Sta. Maria, Bulacan. I will not deny that there are moments I experienced fluctuating internet connection but I appreciate how fast they provided actions every time I report the incident. Recently, the company launched another online customer service initiative called GLOBE COMMUNITY.
Open for both Globe and non-Globe subscribers to explore, answer, and learn about Globe’s products and services 24/7. Its contents are driven by the Community members via forum threads, blog entries, and contests.
You may access it through your desktop computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone. It automatically detects your device and loads the appropriate content for ease of reading. You don’t have to register to be able to read through the topics posted by the Community members. However, in order to participate and post replies to existing threads, you will need to register. By clicking on either the ‘Register’ or ‘Connect to Facebook’ from the top-right section of the website. Once registered, simply click on ‘Join the Conversation’ to login. Don’t forget to verify your email after registration! You can are allowed to post to the Globe Community straight from Facebook.
It provides our customers an avenue to interact, discuss, and resolve Globe-related concerns and topics.
