Bonfire at Greenhills Town Center

Bonfire at Greenhills Town Center

Although it was my first time visiting Bonfire, I would say that this is a place where you can go back again and again because of the line up of comfort food.

It's a casual restaurant where families and friends can turn ordinary dinner into a memorable get-together, all because of its familiar dishes.

Strawberry Milk Shake (P115) and Seafood Chowder (P85)

We started with a savory Shrimp, Mango and Alfalfa Salad (P185).

From carbonara, shrimp and chorizo, crab aligue to Oil, Garlic and Chili Pasta - a huge selection of pasta dishes for your discriminating taste.

We tasted three delectable pizzas made by Chef Tristan.

Bonfire is another good spot to enjoy pizza plus your favorite drink whether fruit shake or a glass of cold beer.

The 'All-in-One Pizza' is the pizza we're all familiar; topped with ground beef, olives, button mushrooms, bell pepper will satisfy your craving for any type of pizza.

For only P385 per serving and can be shared by two, the Baby Back Ribs is relatively affordable. This one stands out among the dishes we had. It's meat tender, juicy, moist and flavorful. Even the sidings, good. Bring out the carnivore in you and indulge with Bonfire's Baby Back Ribs.

On the other hand, if you want something light then the Pan Seared Creamy Dory and Spinach Fillet is for you. The crispy spinach leaves are quite interesting while the mashed potatoes goes well with the fish.

Camper Skewers (P495) comprises of grilled liempo, pork BBQ, shrimp and bell pepper skewer and grilled salmon head.

While most of them loved the Bonfire Smores, I would choose the Dulce de Leche Cheesecake (P210). I guess, we don't have to debate on that. If you're a frequent visitor of my blog, you've probably know how I love cheesecake.

Bonfire's Dulce de Leche Cheesecake is decadent and perfectly creamy. Oh I just love it! I was too shy to ask for more so we'll certainly have it on our next visit.

We also met the head chef, Tristan Encarnacion.

Bonfire is worth visiting, price per dish is just okay. I would like to try lengua special (P335), Crispy Pata (P445), Crispy Chicken Rancha and pulled pork sandwiches. By the way, they also served cold beer and cocktails.
