Spotted: Holika Holika Philippines

Have you seen Holika Holika's first branch in the country? It's located at SM City Fairview? The grand launch and store blessing was celebrated few weeks ago with the master franchiser, Ms. Belinda Valentino, gracing the event.

I was able to try Holika Holika products including their facial masks, the Star Icon Leg Balm, BB and CC cream.

Take a look at Holika Holika Masacara with rounded ball at the tip of the mascara, it helps to separate your lashes. It's also waterproof and enhances your lashes.

It was overwhelming to find several items, makeups during the store opening. We're happy to spend half day inside the store just browsing and testing their product samples.

I bought face masks - Lemon Tea Mask Sheets and Blueberry Essence Mask Sheet. I wanted to try the basic facial care products, those that are just one-time use only and see how my skin reacts. I usually observe if there will be itchiness or skin irritations before I get a bigger one which I can use for several weeks and months.

Facial mask can make your face dry so it's always recommended to choose the right brand for your type of skin. We don't want redness and other skin problems, right?

The next day, I tested Holika-Holika Lemon Tea Facial mask. The lemon tea gently exfoliates and removes excess oil and dirt. I  had a smooth skin after using the mask.

Face 2 Change Moist Cushion BB Cream or CC Cream

The sampler comes with a mini sponge which provides easy and even application.

I find it very creamy and heavy when first applied but it dries easily leaving a matte finish. I think the Face 2 Change Moist Cushion BB darkens my skin but the texture is easy to apply and also provides fresh coverage.

No lipstick, no make-up just CC Cream and Sorry for the eye-bags :)

I also tried CC Cream and I think I like it more than the Cushion BB Cream. The same as BB Cream, it also provides full coverage but I find it not too heavy on my skin.

Holika Holika Star Icon Leg Balm

Holika Holika Star Icon Leg Balm is quite interesting, though. Yes, it's a balm and it comes with a puff.

It gives a smooth and pinkish glossy finish on your skin. I'm glad it's not sticky nor heavy on skin. It also has a sweet floral scent. Aside from legs, you can use it on your arm and clavicle. I love it!
