Traveling and My Chewable Calcium

Recently, I found myself trying physically strenuous activities. Last year was all about traveling. I enjoyed helmet diving in Kota Kinabalu and snorkeling at Pambato Reef.

One of the most challenging activities I ever had was spelunking in Sumaguing Cave. Hay, there's a lot to discover! The world offers an endless opportunities but as we age we limit ourselves to these activities. We must stay physically, emotionally and mentally fit to enjoy life.

In Camiguin, we spent the whole day island hopping, likewise in Puerto Princesa. But the truth is, I'm afraid to ride a boat because I know I can't swim and if something happens, I'll be the first to die of suffocation, drowning and fear! lol!

Two years ago, I found out I'm a candidate for osteoporosis. The findings was so alarming that I don't want to move anymore, afraid of accidents - fall or hit my bones especially the pelvic area and knees. Osteoposis is a hard-hitting bone disease and it's currently affecting most women due to several factors. This disease starts everything feels normal, then you'll find out through bone scan that you're at risk. That's why doctors call it "silent disease".

Our body needs the right amount of vitamins and minerals such as Calcium and Vitamin D. Moreover, we should follow proper diet and regular exercise to keep our bones and immune system strong. I tried zumba at home and included a glass of milk in my diet. It's hard but I'm trying! Then, I discover a delicious and convenient way to get a daily dose of calcium!

CalChews calcium supplement is enriched with Vitamin D3 which help boosts calcium absorption and Vitamin K that works on protecting arteries from Calcium build up.

CalChews contains 500 mg of Calcium which is essential for cellular and bone mass development while Vitamin D3 plays an important role in calcium absorption in the body. The two works together in our body.
