ORLY Blush Collection 2014|Mom and Daughter Pampering Treat

Once in a blue moon, mom and I would hang out - dine in a casual restaurant or just have a nice cup of coffee. She used to live in Rizal, I was in QC. Then I move to Bulacan and she in QC (with my sister). Just before I get married, I moved to Makati and she decided to occupy my place in Bulacan. I always wanted to catch up on her but she's always in a hurry. It's okay though because I understand she has to go home early to avoid heavy traffic and besides she's still a working girl. Naks!

Last April, she stayed with us while I recuperate from surgery. It was a little stressful to care for a patient especially if they are close to your heart so I'm grateful for all the efforts, time and love she gave me. Then came Mother's Day, I wanted to treat her, a simple lunch date perhaps but I can't I'm still weak. Then an invitation came for a Mother's Day Celebration. Since, I'm not yet a mom, I passed the pampering treat intended for me. Nido celebrated Mother's Day with a heartwarming surprise pampering treat.  I cannot make it to the event but my husband was there to assist her. I know she will not agree to come unless someone will assist me at home. Thankful though my brother spent the whole day with me while mom enjoys her spa treat and husband covering the event. Overall, it was a great Mother's Day Treat for mom and other mommy bloggers as well. (Watch the video here and read our blog here).

Fast forward, June, about a week or so. An invitation came for another Mom and Daughter Pampering Treat courtesy of Orly Philippines. Since I don't have children yet, I decided to bring mom instead. Still, a mom and daughter bonding, isn't it? Held at the charming coffee and cupcake store, Sophie's Mom in BGC, off we go!

Upon arrival, a friendly staff offered drinks. I had thirst-quencher Green Tea Smoothie, mom got a delicious Hazelnut Latte

It was a easy Saturday morning for all of us. As expected, the cupcakes were yummy and we all have a pretty nails.

Even the little ones had their cute toe nails painted.
