SM Marketmall In Dasmarinas

Have you been to SM Marketmall? It's a yellow building looks like any ordinary community mall, with the conspicuous SM logo in front. Apparently, this “marketmall” is a two-in-one place: a public market (palengke) and a mall!

A former Kadiwa Center is now a marketmall because of the successful partnership between SM and local government of Dasmarinas. With SM managing operations, the usual palengke was upgraded - wide spaces, sanitation maintenance, covered parking, emergency clinic, and security personnel.

 

What these improvements all mean is that tenants and customers are now treated to cleaner, safer and more convenient market experience. From the photos, you can see the clean floor in the wet section as well as the wide spaces in between rows of vendors.

Kudos to SM Marketmall and LGU of Dasmarinas! Let’s just hope this stays this way for the sake of those who come to do their market chores in Dasmarinas, Cavite, near DLSU! I'm looking forward for more SM Marketmall in other places.
