My First Uber Ride and Free P300 Credits For You!

Check in and check out was such a breeze during our recent hotel staycation at F1 Hotel Manila. We proceeded to the 5th floor where the F1 Premier Lounge is located. It's a special lounge dedicated for VIP's like us, lol!

UBER is an on-demand transportation app where you can request a ride by the touch of a button. It's not really new to me, I remember we even tried it once with fellow bloggers who's using the app. 

3 Easy Steps

Step 1: Create an account, you need to enter your Credit Card Number though. As for me, I used my Mastercard Web Shopper Card, intended for use by cardholders in doing non-face-to-face (internet, mail order, telephone order) transactions. 

Step 2: Enter the Verification Number sent to your mobile no to confirm your Uber account. Be sure to key in the verification code you received on your mobile phone.

Step 3: Request UberX or Black Car. Set picking up location. I received two (2) SMS informing me how long it will take before my private driver arrives.

It did not took us forever waiting at the lobby of F1 Hotel. In less than ten (10) minutes UBERX driver arrived in grey Toyota Innova. The driver was courteous. Thank goodness we had a break from the usual weekdays heavy traffic along EDSA. From F1 hotel Manila in BGC to Greenhills, San Juan, we arrived safe and on time. 

How's my bill?
