Merry Christmas, everyone! How's your Christmas eve? There were two sets of Christmas get together at home and two Christmas parties on my husband's side of the family. I will tell you more about it on a separate post, hopefully very soon before I leave for NYE celebration outside the country.

| IHOP Malagos Hot Chocolate and Bibingka Pancake |
Anyhow, let's get to this yummy early dinner we had at iHOP in High Street. It was my 2nd time at iHop. My first visit was right after my birthday. On my second visit, I was delighted when I saw one of my favorite Christmas treats available this season.
Here's my top picks from IHOP Christmas Menu:
Bibingka Pancake:
Like me, are you having a hard time choosing between bibingka or pancake? Why choose when you can have both! Thank you iHop for this creation, the Bibingka Pancake. It is serve with whole duck eggs, muscovado sugar, and garnished with shredded parmesan, cheddar cheese, and desiccated coconut. Topped with a scoop of butter and served on banana leaf.
I mentioned on this blog that the most fluffy, soft and yummy bibingka for us is one from Sofitel Philippine Plaza (Spiral and Sunset Bar). Yes, it remains to be on top of our list but I'm glad to tell you that iHop's Bibingka Pancake is also highly recommended. It might be available for a limited time only, so hop now to iHop nearest you!
Dulce de Leche Pancake
Tis' the season for sweet treats! I am thinking where to get a dulce de leche cake. Well, it's not really hard to find. So instead of cake, would you consider having Dulce De Leche Pancake for the holidays?
It comes with two buttermilk pancakes filled with fresh bananas, spread with dulce de leche, topped with a drizzle of dark chocolate syrup, and crowned with whipped cream. You will thank me for mentioning this one! Treat yourself, Christmas comes once a year! :)

Aside from pancakes, IHOP serves savory pasta dishes such as the Italian Chicken Pasta, Pot Roast and Carbonara Pasta. Among the three, the Carbonara topped with sunny side up egg and bacon bits became my favorite. It's so filling, every serving comes with garlic bread.

Moving on, IHOP recently added a collection of mouthwatering burgers.

Two comfort food favorites in one! It’s a burger made with Mac & Cheese, bacon, lettuce leaf, dill pickle and more cheese sauce.

What made these burgers so tasty is IHOP’s own secret sauce along with a choice of seasoned fries or onion rings. Burgers, pasta and even the pancakes were big enough for sharing. Perhaps, it's a wonderful place to catch up with friends and relatives.

It was few days ago before Christmas when we tasted IHOP's latest offerings. The other day I started craving for hot Malagos Chocolate and Bibingka Pancake again so we visited a branch in Mall of Asia before watching an Metro Manila Film Fest movie, Kubot.
