For a minimal fee, customers enjoyed food taste 'serve portions' of establishments such as Ba Noi’s, Black Olive, Nomama, XO46 Bistro Filipino, Eum Ma Ne, Cara Mia Gelato, Jipan Café & Bakeshop, and Larcy’s Cupcakery Café, among others.
We started with Pancake House. There were three choices - Pasta Bolognese, Taco or Classic Mini Pancakes. I got the spaghetti bolognese, Jonel chose mini pancakes.
Pinoy dish sisig was one of my favorites. At Estancia, we had what they call sisig crepes. Even the husband agree that it was filling and very tasty; Cinnamon rolls from Cinnabon, muffins from CBTL and toffee nut loaf from Starbucks goes well with my cold coffee based drink from Craft.
We're glad to see Chef Nino Logarta at the eum-ma-ne booth where they serve modern Korean cuisine and Soju Mixers (yakult, blueberry and pomegranate).
The next booth was a bit familiar to us. Remember when SeatsForTwo was invited during the launch of San Remo's new line of coffee machines? CRAFT serves delicious coffee using San Remo machines.
Moist, decadent and yummy cupcakes by LARCY'S.
The night went well with jazz and acoustic performers serenaded diners throughout the event.
Our visit at Estancia ended with a sweet treat from Caramia. We had gelato, cake and coffee.
