Imagine a coffee shop surrounded with lots of good books, journals and reading materials? Where a cup of smooth of coffee and rich dessert can be served.

I found a new place to hangout and it's called Book and Borders Cafe. It is located at 281 Tomas Morato, Quezon City. I was delighted to see a library-themed cafe. This would be perfect place to relax and read my favorite books, enjoy good food and coffee.

The coffee shop houses various kinds of books including children's books and other learning materials.

At the grand launch, I tried their Tuyo Pasta. Imagine the good combination of Pasta plus flavorful sauce with Fried Tuyo and kesong puti? I started falling in love with the recipe and feeling at home in the place. They also serves menu like Truffle Mushroom Pasta, Beef Pastrami Panini, even salad and breakfast options. It goes along well with an Iced Mocha on the side.

Celebrity cafe brand ambassadors Karylle and Benjamin Alves were both present in the said event.
I wish I was able to have a photo op with them.

And if you are after for a light snacks, there are muffins, breads, cupcakes, pies, tarts, squares, doughnuts, and cakes to choose from. I personally like their doughnuts (particularly the strawberry flavor) and the cakes most specially the salted caramel chocolate. Have you been to Book and Borders recently?
