This year, I wish I could go to a place where the signature-shopping event happens, Guam. The Shop Guam Festival (SGF) is recognized as the biggest shopping festival in the region. This year’s edition of the SGF is expected once again to thrill tourists visiting Guam once it kicks-off on November 1, 2015 to February 15, 2016.
