Isn't it obvious that I'm enjoying lounging at the garden at 2pm? I don't mind because I'm wearing sunscreen and comfy dress with soft fabric I bought from Boardwalk.
Anyway, Robinsons Supermarket Explore Route To Wellness was kicked off with a glamping in the city, a little break from the busy schedule. I personally love the Beauty Camp for WOMEN participated by brands such as Unilever, P&G, Koji San, Johnson & Johnson. The afternoon event was hosted by television host Kuya Tonipet. There were activities that encourage everyone to go out, play under the sun and live a healthy lifestyle. Everyone enjoyed the mini golf, competing a giant puzzle among others. For every completed task, you will receive a special prize. It was a two-day fun, mental and physical activities.

Customers can avail the Route to Wellness card for FREE from any Robinsons Supermarket, no purchase required. Fill the Wellness cards with stamps that can be earned for every Php 3,000 single receipt purchase, inclusive of Php 750 worth of participating products from Unilever, P&G, Colgate-Palmolive, J&J, Nestle, Coca-Cola, Selecta, Belo, CDO, and Kojie-San, among others. For Explore promo, each stamp guarantees the Wellness Card holder travel cubes. Customers will get a P100 Robinsons gift certificate after completing 5 stamps.

This summer I keep hydrating 6-7 glass of water and as much possible always wear moisturizer and sunblock to protect me from heat and sunrays. And most of all in my daily diet I pair high fiber food with protein for a healthy snack. And do hogging atleast 1-2x in a week 3 laps!

DeleteDespite my busy schedule, I take time to jog every other day for 30 minutes. When I am out of town for work, I squeeze in some burpees, push-ups and squats in the morning before taking a shower. I try my best to sleep no later than 9:30pm and to wake up at 5am daily. I have a happy disposition and I wear a smile at all times to reduce stress and anxiety :)

Hi po :) Wow, I felt so excited after reading this article and learning about the Wellness Card. Me and my mom usually do our groceries at Robinsons Malabon since it's just near our house. I'll definitely look for this one once we get to visit Robinson again hehe. :)
ReplyDeleteAlthough I think I still have a long way to achieve my goal for my weight (I'm working on it now haha), I feel blessed to have a mom who loves everything about organic and a dad who makes sure to prepare a healthy (less oil and fats) food on our table. Every morning, I'd have a juice (Mixture of Cucumber, Carrot, Pineapple/Apple, and Beets) and I also drink a glass of water (and the 8 glasses within the day). I love walking and recently, I started to work out three times a week. It really feels great to sweat out all those fats hahaha. Right now, I'm doing research and more readings too so I can be keen on the kind of foods I have already eaten or about to eat. :)
