Resorts World Manila is one my recommended places to visit coming from NAIA domestic and international airports. I personally love hanging around at Cafe Maxims with friends or Crema cafe at Marriott Manilawith hubby.
There are a couple of new restaurants opening at RWM, one is Annam Noodle Bar, a Vietnamese restaurant which opened its first branch in Eastwood mall.
Just a little history:
Annam Noodle Bar was founded by Director and owner Chef Nam through his love for cooking and exceptional culinary skills. Nam was born in Vietnam but fled to Denmark during the 70s. Even if he only spent seven years in Saigon, he grew up with Vietnamese traditions and culture including the love for good Vietnamese food. Nam worked in various restaurants and hotels around the world. Later on returned to his roots to open NamNam Noodle Bar in Singapore. It's a casual, quick-service noodle bar in Raffles City shopping center in Singapore. NamNam Noodle Bar creates the old-world concept of street food by giving it a modern twist. Customers will experience a nostalgic street setting while dining in any of the Annam restaurants.

I had some of the best sellers at their new branch in RWM where they offer Annam's contemporary rice dishes with both Vietnamese and Filipino flavors and ingredients.

At the moment, Annam is offering an ultimate dining deals available on weekdays, from breakfast set featuring Filipino favorite breakfast that comes with a choice of Viet coffee, lotus tea or tsokolate for only P250. While the weekday Value Lunch Set includes Fresh Southern rolls with a choice of Chicken or Beef slice Pho, and a drink for only P350. For snacks or meryenda, take an afternoon break with Viet CaPhe teatime set that includes a drink with an option of any Banh mi or fried wings with thick cut fries for P200 or a dessert like the one I had for only P180.
I hope I was able to tickle your palate. I can't wait to dine and enjoy a cup of Vietnamese coffee and Banh mi at Annam. Share your dining experience, I would love to hear them.
