Top 8 Civil Engineer Board Passer
Engr. Archimedez Martinez, a BS Civil Engineer graduate from Manuel L. Quezon University, ranked 8th with a rating of 92.65 percent based on results posted by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) last May 11, 2017. Martinez is the only graduate from MLQU to make it to the top 10. Out of 6,998 examinees, only 2,514 passed the exam conducted simultaneously in 12 cities in the country.
Just like other students. Archimedez Martinez have ups and downs during college life. He was good in school but had vices which started on his third year. So when he came back, he made sure to finish the degree with flying colors and he made it!
Engr. Archimedez Martinez receives 1 million from MLQU
On June 6, I attended a special testimonial party held at the Victoria Sports Tower Station 2. Board passers together with Engr. Martinez shared their stories in college to the time they were about to take the board exams. The university is very proud of their achievements.
Little did they know that Manuel L. Quezon University (MLQU) will award (1) million cash reward to Mr. Archimedes Martinez as a token of recognition and appreciation for ranking Top 8 in the recent nationwide professional licensing exam for Civil Engineers at Success the MLQU Way event held at the Victoria Sports Tower Station 2, last June 6, 2017.
With this achievement Martinez has brought honor and pride to his alma mater. And in return, MLQU celebrates this victory through Success the MLQU Way event by rewarding him one (1) million pesos and a job offer from New San Jose Builders, Inc. (NSJBI). Mr. Raphael Pedroso, who also top the Board Exam received Php50,000 from MLQU.
