If you're young and thinking of investing, I would suggest considering real-estate property. I may not be the right person to talk about it, I'm not into real estate and I don't even have my own house. But that's exactly my point. Why rent when you can get your own.

Agree po Ms Marj. Yan din ang dream ko noon mag invest kasi sure na yan. I was once a working student and sa real state ako kaya i really know the value of investing sa real state property.
