In other news, Globe Telecom announced its 5G network wireless broadband at a fiber speed.
5G Globe At Home service to be commercially available by the second quarter of 2019
I've been a Globe subscriber for more than a decade now. Currently, I'm subscribed to a Php999 plan with GoSurf Pack 499 (3GB) that comes with free Spotify Premium and HOOQ. Few years back where I used to live in Bulacan, I have Globe DSL plan Php999 which works perfectly for my kind of job as an online coach for state board exam.
Recently, Globe Telecom formally announced its fifth-generation (5G) wireless technology adoption in the Philippines, with the first 5G Globe At Home service to be commercially available by the second quarter of 2019.
The 5G network will boast of higher speeds, lower latency, and better capacity. This will enable Globe to deploy fixed wireless broadband at a fiber speed.
The 5G technology is expected to accelerate the adoption of Internet of Things (IoT) in the country. Globe earlier announced said it is enabling its network by utilizing its spectrum assets particularly the 700-megahertz band.
Buy Medicine Using Paymaya
No credit card? There's no need to worry if you have Paymaya. I've been using Paymaya to pay the bills, shop in store and online. I also use my Paymaya to book hotels and flights. It's very easy and convenient. Not only that, I also receive rebates and raffle entries.
Today, there are 130 branches of Rose Pharmacy around the country that accepts PayMaya QR as a payment option, with more stores to come in the coming months. This will allow customers to transact in-store using only their mobile phones with the PayMaya app installed.
Similarly, select Rose Pharmacy branches and Rose Pharmacy's online delivery service are now also capable of accepting VISA and Mastercard payments similarly powered by PayMaya Business.
The next time you buy medicine in Rose Pharmacy, just use your Paymaya card for a quick and convenient transaction.
