Field Trip to Lemon Square Factory in Bulacan

This small cupcakes reminds me of grandmother who used to own a sari-sari store in Sta. Maria, Bulacan more than ten years ago. Lemon Square Cheese cake was one of my favorites snacks while taking care of the store with grandma. The cheese cake was delicious and filling, best paired with a cup of coffee.

Today, Lemon Square offers a variety of baked goodies such as Inipit, Lava Cake, chocolate brownies, cakes just to name a few.

Factory Tour at Lemon Square Bulacan

Together with fellow bloggers, we visited the Lemon Square Cheesecake factory in Meycauayan, Bulacan last week. A special day for Lemon Square as they hosted their first bloggers tour showing the factory and its operation. We were also grateful for the opportunity to see how our childhood cheese cakes were made.

They served us the best-sellers including the Cheesecake and Lava cake plus other baked goodies which are not usually available in the local market. The ensaymada and sans rival are usually available at their small bakery outside the factory. Drop by whenever you passed by Meycauayan.

After lunch, finally, it's time to see the factory of Lemon Square. Unfortunately, cameras and even smartphones are not allowed.

Lemon Square Cheesecake factory is impressively clean and organize. The floors dry and tidy. The company uses state-of-the-art equipment in making thousands of baked goodies everyday.

Apart from the cheesecake and Lava cake oozing with real chocolate, Lemon Square introduces its newest product, the Coffee Break which comes in three variants.
