Magnolia flowers have sweet and seductive scent. I always like its subtle, fresh and floral scent. I'm so glad I found one at the newly opened perfumery in Manila, the Scentsmith.

Scentsmith means "an expert on scents" offers a wide range of perfume for men and women from body lotion, shampoo, conditioner to home scents.

What makes Scentsmith special is all products are made with natural, non-toxic ingredients presented in a amber-toned bottles. Scentsmith are formulated without parabens, SLES, phthalate, mineral oil, petroleum, paraffin, and DEA.

Nowadays, people are more conscious of the products they put onto their skin. Personally, I use scents, soaps, makeup and skin care products that are derived from natural ingredients. Essential oils are also becoming popular in the market. Unfortunately, they are not easy to look for. I'm glad that Scentsmith uses essential oils and natural plant extracts such as bergamot, lemongrass, magnolia, rosemary, orange in creating their luxurious perfumes.

I was able to visit their shop which is located at the same level. ScentSmith offers not only ready made perfumes but also on-the-spot blending, compounding, and packaging for Eau De Parfum.

For people who love home scents, you'll certainly find one for the bedroom, living room and even to the toilet and bath. Scentsmith has the quirkier products just like the Loo Drops (Php298), primarily used to keep the bathroom smelling fresh despite the incidents that may have occurred. With just a few drops, your bathroom will smell fresh and great. Their perfumes and home scents lasts a long hours so you won't have to spray every now and then.

I chose the Scentsmith White Magnolia because it gives a fresh scent just like the morning flowers that blooms. There are many products from Scentsmith that I would like to try such as the body oil with lemongrass.
