Take a Break: Refreshing Watermelon and Lychee Aloe Frappuccino in Between Shopping

The search for the best winter clothes has finally ended last week. After our Hokkaido trip, I am starting to pack my things for another destination. Not really soon but there are reasons why I really look forward to it. It will be the first time that we're going out of the country as a big group. It's going to be a winter family getaway and so I excited about it.

There were obstacles along the way. Mom still working on getting a passport. Despite her busy schedule at work, I can see her eagerness queuing to NBI, PSA and other agencies to comply with the requirements. We're almost done with the process.

More members of the family showed interest in joining this trip. I can imagine how fun and memorable it will be.

Speaking of summer, did you know that PAGASA already declared the start of rainy season. Well, I still have my last hooray for summer and that will happen in the next two weeks. Stay tuned for that. Anyway, we all complained about the heat, sobra naman talaga right? Good thing, our go-to coffee shop in Manila released its newest beverages in refreshing variants.

The new Starbucks Watermelon and Lychee Aloe Frappuccino is a refreshing drink this hot season. The zesty blended beverage is made with watermelon juice blended with chia seeds, layers of floral lychee-infused whipped cream, and diced lychee aloe in a beautiful layers of red, white, and green.

Coffee lovers like me will like the Starbucks Coffee Sphere Frappuccino, an upgrade on the classic Coffee Frappuccino with a twist! It has small coffee spheres bursting with Starbucks Brazilian Coffee. This cold drink is also topped with a dollop of whipped cream with more coffee spheres on top.

Starbucks Nautical Whale Card and Tumbler

Aside from the new beverages, Starbucks also released its newest Starbucks merchandise with Anchors Aweigh. The nautical-themed collection depicts cute illustrations done in line drawing style with white, ultramarine and navy blue colors and red and silver accents.

If you love the sea make sure to get this Nautical Whale Card. This quirky card features a whale diving into the ocean with its tail sticking out against the sailor stripe design, available for only a minimum P1,000 activation. Shopping at Zara

After a quick snack at Starbucks with hubby, I went to Zara to look for winter clothes. Unfortunately, most of them were already replaced with the current season. I'm sure the winter-spring collection will be available by the last quarter. I'm glad I still found this Zara trench coat.

I guess great coffee makes shopping experience more fun and enjoyable. Sometimes, it's not easy to find the perfect dress for a small framed body. Lesson learned, always take a break and enjoy every moment even if you're just drinking a cup of coffee.
