Tech This Week: AUKEY Products Now Available in switch

I'm grateful for technology, it makes life so much easier. Best of all, we can stay connected with our loved ones anywhere in the world. 

I have two smartphones - one for work and the other one for personal use. But I rarely bring a power bank. I'm just lazy to bring a power bank until one day I was stranded and had a hard time getting a cab, was hoping to get a cab before my smartphone finally turns off.

Recently, I visited switch in Ayala Malls 30th for the launch of AUKEY. Switch is an Apple Premium Re-seller with 16 great location across Luzon offering the full range of Apple products and accessories in one place. AUKEY makes electronics and mobile tech accessories from USB-C accessories to smartphone lenses to Bluetooth audio products.

AUKEY Features USB Power Delivery, Qualcomm QC 3.0, AI Power Technology and Entire Protect. They offer various types of smartphone cables for both Android and Apple devices.

CB-CL1 USB-C Lightning Cable retails at P1,099. It's made with Nylon Braided with length of 3.95ft/1.2m and available in black.

CB-BAL5 3-in1 Nylon USB Cable on the other hand retails at P1,099. This is made with MFI/Gen 3.1 technology and nylon braided. It is 3.95/1.2m long and also available in black.

AUKEY Lightning Cable

CB-BAL3 and CB-BAL4 USB-A to Lightning Cable retails at P849 and P899 respectively. These are both nylon braided.

CB-AC1 and CB-AC2 are USB 3.1 Gen A to C Cable which retails at P599. Both are nylon braided and you can get the red or black design. CB-AC2 is longer with length of 6.6ft/2m.

Some accessories don't come with charging plugs, only cables. I have to use plugs of other devices and forgot to take it back. So to avoid it, we can use wall chargers. AUKEY has the Mini Dual Port Wall Charger and the PA-T14 3-Port USB Wall Charger.

AUKEY is known for their Mac chargers and in recent years, they've expanded products which includes headphones and earbuds. One is the Latitude Lite Wireless Earbuds and eight hours playtime while the Portable True Wireless Earbuds has a playtime of three hours. Both are made of Li-Polymer and with operating range up to 10m/33ft. Latitude Lite retails at P2,149 while the Portable True Wireless Earbuds is sold at P2,599. Both are small, sleek and fits into your ears comfortably.
