I got my glow on and ready to shine after the much-needed hair spa treatment about a week ago. Taking care of my wavy hair isn't that easy. Some days are great, some are bad, I guess it's because of the products I use. It's been five years since I started my journey to maintaining my curly/wavy hair. To do that i need to make sure that products I am using are paraben and sulfate free.

Ever since I tried the Curly Girl Method (CGM), I never go back to my old hair care routine. It wasn't that easy though. From choosing the products for daily use to managing hair and scalp concerns like itchiness.
May of this year, I had my hair colored. I was happy with my brown hair but then it started to become dry and frizzy. I continue using all-natural hair conditioner and deep conditioner - these are my hair's best friend. At least it becomes manageable and always smells great but I feel my hair still lacks moisture.

Last week, I decided to visit one of the newest salon in the city called Lithe Lounge which is located in West Parade, Alabang. The salon offers a wide variety of beauty services for hair and nails. I was given three options and I chose the one that suits my curly hair - Premium Rescue Hair Therapy by Lithe Lounge. Infused with collagen, it gives your hair the moisture it needed for a softer crowning glory.

This hair treatment brings back the moisture in your hair so it looks healthy and soft to touch. The procedure started by washing my hair and removing excess water. Arlene, one of the friendly staff of Lithe applied the product onto my hair. After 20-30 minutes, she rinsed my hair and dry using the cold setting of the hair dryer.
